PDF & image tables to Excel

Free. Works on PDFs, scanned PDFs, photos and screenshots of tables, and keeps merged cells. Everything runs in your browser — your files are never uploaded.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. No sign-up, no page limit, no watermark.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The PDF is read by your own browser and the Excel file is made on your computer. Nothing is sent to a server, so it is safe for bank statements, invoices and other private documents.

Does it work on scanned PDFs?

Yes. Pages without a text layer are read with built-in text recognition (English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish). Check the numbers on scanned pages; recognition can misread a character.

Can I convert a photo or a screenshot of a table?

Yes. Drop a PNG or JPG, or just press Ctrl+V to paste a screenshot. Straight, well-lit photos work best.

Does it keep merged cells and cells with several lines?

Yes, for tables drawn with lines: merged cells become merged cells in Excel, and text that wraps inside a cell stays in one cell.

What about numbers?

Numbers become real Excel numbers, keeping thousands separators, currency signs, percentages and negatives in brackets. Codes with leading zeros, like 00123, stay as text.
